"In a time of great tension in Europe, as a consequence of the war in Ukraine, companies are experiencing rising interest rates, energy prices at historically high levels, and high inflation. It is still important that we do not lose focus on the transition to a sustainable transition, which is and will be the most crucial problem we have to solve in our generation.
This is why we believe it is great that S-HUB carries out this survey; to get an understanding of what is happening in Norwegian businesses, and what challenges they face in their work. ESG people work for a faster sustainable transition, by recruiting the right people, and to achieve this we must understand precisely this. We are a proud partner of "State of Sustainability Norway 2022" and look forward to working closely with S-HUB and the network members."

ESG People recruits candidates for all positions where sustainability matters. What is of special importance to ESG People is that the position contributes to increasing the pace of sustainable business and the green shift - so that we reach the climate targets set for 2030 and 2050
ESG People go through sustainability training. They are updated on the regulatory and political landscape, such as the EU taxonomy, the Transparency Act, sustainable strategies and reporting requirements. This gives them an understanding of how the sustainability landscape affects companies in Norway and what skills are required of their candidates
We are happy to have ESG People as a collaborator at this year's State of Sustainability in Norway. The study dives into the sustainability efforts of Norwegian companies. The purpose is to get more understanding on how Norwegian companies work practically and strategically with sustainability, and how sustainability has evolved over time.
